第一道 泥焗走地鸡wle从化网
      从化的农家鸡又叫走地鸡,俗称土鸡,自小在果园里觅食长大,鸡味特别浓、特别香滑,且有韧性,饲料鸡、大种鸡无法与之相比。从化温泉一带含有多种矿物质,就连从化的河沙、泥土都很特别,所以从化的泥焗走地鸡特别好吃。随着时代的发展,泥焗走地鸡的做法也大大改进,既科学,又卫生,味道也越来越好。 wle从化网

吕田焖大肉是从化历史悠久的一道名菜,它有三个特点:一是火而方正;二是爽而不腻;三是香而色红。 wle从化网

自古名山佛占多,桂峰山,海拔1034米,是吕田境内的一座名山,也是从化流溪河的发源地之一。 wle从化网
      传说很久很久以前,有几个云游四海的高僧,路过吕田,就上桂峰山,受到当地村民盛情款待,奉上当地盛产的黄豆和豆腐。高僧说:“黄豆、豆腐食无数,四处不及桂峰好。” wle从化网

古时候,从化有个员外,员外有个女儿,聪明秀丽,有钱有面的人纷纷托媒,女儿却偏偏要嫁给一个农村小伙子亚牛,员外无奈,便说:“老夫最爱吃鹅,谁的鹅最好吃,我就把女儿许配给谁!” wle从化网
     亚牛家穷志不穷,用黄皮叶、桂叶加上自家的糯米、酒等佐料烹制乌鬃鹅。吃鹅选婿当天,亚牛用个旧竹筐装好烹制的香叶乌鬃鹅挑往员外家,富人见了,纷纷发笑。谁知一揭煲盖,香气袭人,味冠群鹅,员外大喜,不得不将女儿嫁给亚牛。  wle从化网
